These terms constitute the agreement between RadarBytes and each registered visitor or user. By accessing you agree to comply with the rules described below and any complementary policies, including privacy and cookies.

RadarBytes is a digital publication specializing in technology and cybersecurity. By using our properties you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these conditions and that you will respect the regulations in force in your jurisdiction.

Access to preferences, custom newsletters and panels requires an authenticated account. Each user is responsible for the use under his or her credentials.

- It uses unique passwords and avoids sharing them even with RadarBytes staff.
- We disconnect suspicious or inactive sessions to avoid unauthorized access.
- We may require additional confirmation (e.g. mail-sent codes) before running sensitive changes.
Security and incidents
- It reports vulnerabilities or gaps by writing to our official channel before they are publicly disseminated.
- We are committed to investigating and reporting any incidents that compromise your data in accordance with the law.
- The business register may be kept for audit reasons and to meet legal requirements.
4. Contents, licences and powers
All texts, graphics, databases and brands are owned by RadarBytes or its licensors. The rights we grant you are limited to the personal or professional consumption in the country.
- You can share links or short extracts (up to 280 characters) always with visible mention to RadarBytes.
- You need written permission to republish full articles, produce public translations or launch commercial integrations.
- The content generated by users (comments, suggestions) can be reused to improve products always respecting your privacy.
5. Newsletter, campaigns and communications
By subscribing to the newsletter you confirm that we can send you the newsletter and essential operational notices. You can cancel the subscription from any mail link or from your profile.
- Trade messages of their own or of third parties will come only if you have given express consent.
- We keep the evidence of consent to prove compliance with the RGPD when necessary.
- The opening metrics or clicks are used in an aggregate and anonymous manner.
6. Third-party services and availability
RadarBytes is integrated with suppliers such as Google Analytics, newsletter or CDN. Although we choose partners with high standards, we cannot guarantee their continued availability.

- We are not responsible for external links or the content hosted outside our domains.
- Nothing in this document limits the non-derogable rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
